Facilitate the procurement process, from sourcing and selecting suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Research and manage suppliers, including collecting quotes and tendering offers.
  • Execute approved purchases and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor payments and ensure timely delivery to the warehouse.
  • Coordinate logistics and customs with freight forwarders and clearance agents.
  • Perform incoming inspections to ensure compliance with purchase orders and quality standards.
